I love using MyClean, and I love my cleaner, Chanmatee! She is incredibly thorough, and very efficient. I always breathe a sigh of relief when shes done - sheets are changed, theres no dust or cat hair, and the kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling. In addition, she is just a lovely person. Thanks so much for all of your help, Chanmatee!

The cleaner did not follow the instructions and left the trash piled high in our trash room. It spilled everywhere and caused damage. MyClean is sketchy and shady in many ways. For example: - they cancel the appointment the afternoon before your cleaning appointment (like 2:10pm) and give you only until 3pm to respond. otherwise, they will send you an unvetted cleaner, or you are charged cancellation fee. (that's a crazy small window to respond and good luck if you have a real job) - many of their cleaners don't speak English - they treat their cleaners really badly (pay minimum wage while charging expensive fees to customers) - customer service talks like a bot, and is not interested in making things work - they artificially increase google review points by offering bonuses to cleaners if their name is mentioned along with a five star. (note how many of the reviews on this site are about a particular cleaner, not MyClean as a business) I was their customer for 4+ years, and after recent experiences, we are cancelling the subscription.

Judith has been my cleaner for over a year and shes amazing! Im almost hesitant to write this review as I dont want to share her but shes truly a life changer and life saver.

I have been using MyClean for some time now, and I can't say enough good things about their service, especially my cleaner, Judith. Every time I come home after Judith has worked her magic, I'm greeted with a sparkling clean home! Her attention to detail is remarkable, and I truly appreciate the effort she puts into making my home spotless. I highly recommend MyClean to anyone looking for a top-notch cleaning service!
