Our Healthcare Group recently completed an ESOP transaction with CSG, and we are now 100% employee owned. From start to finish, everyone at CSG was patient, professional and most importantly, was able to take a complicated transaction and explain it to everyone in a way that made sense and illustrated the possibilities. Their financial projections were spot on, and we were able to close with just short of unanimous support. CSG continues to help us post-transaction. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.
