Calling into the Practice is so odd...just spanish music for about 8 minutes. Cool but not very professional. once someone picked up, she kept disconnecting me. Beautiful and very expensive website. But how does one make an appointment with the crazy answering service? Doubt the docs know. It's always good to check your business's answering service and experience what it's like to call in as this is the first impression ppl get into your business or practice. I noticed in one review, as I waited on hold, that someone wrote a negative review about Dr. Socrates Roedan. There was a reply from the practice politely saying there was no one there by that name. Yet on the RD Medical website, he is noted as one of the doctors. (haha..) something appears to be very off about this practice, that suggests more may be happening here than meets the eye. I couldn't help myself but to keep calling to set up an appointment - OCD or whatever- it was so odd that they kept either putting me on hold only to hand up or when I finally got someone she seemed so confused and dazed about why I was calling. oh boy. Best of luck to anyone who ventures into this office. Buena Suerte!

Ill keep this simple. Dr Roedan is the best Dr Ive ever had by a long shot. I actually look forward to my visits. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. Ill never use anyone else for me and my family. If you need a great Dr to help you with your health and wellness do yourself a favor and meet this man.
