Working with Jeff at Gotham for co-op insurance has been amazing! We were able to get multiple quotes quickly and his response time is off the charts. I appreciated his knowledge in this area and suggestions when we were looking to update some of our coverage limits - all his advice was on point. Great to work with, although I've only ever worked with them online. No need ever to talk to anyone, since they (Jeff) reply so quickly and answered all my questions so that I could quickly get the coverage I needed for my building.

Do not work with a Lady named Francis. She was extremely rude on the phone and in a rush to go home before closing hours. Due to her non professionalism I am switching my clients insurance to a company who has reps who like to take care of their clients.
