The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The reps are very responsive when it comes to purchasing a new policy but will not give you the time of day when there is a problem. Do not bother emailing, they will NEVER respond! I signed a cancellation request months ago and have been charged every month since. Not one person in this office has offered to resolve my issue including Jerry himself. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else! Jerry Christal and his staff deserve 0 stars.

Beat insurance broker I have ever had . Gets the job done. Has friendly staff and honestly can not agree with the other comments. I have his cell if I ever need to reach him in an emergency and he always gets back to me asap. Thank you Jerry always a pleasure. I'll leave the money on the night stand

Best experience I've ever had dealing with an insurance agent. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry Christal directly on my policy and he was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He got me the lowest price possibly on my car insurance policy and he's been an attentive, easy to reach agent who can always get done exactly what I need. I highly recommend this agency for those looking for insurance. You'll be met with first class customer service from Jerry himself and all of his assistants. As a bonus, there is a driving school in the same office where you can get lessons for a low price!
