Im going thru hell this companies denies services that I need pls do not use them for workers Compesation pls. Along with Sedgwick they are horrible I have being fighting a Surgury fir over 4 years horrible pls pls boycott this people are not good for you for your employees pls

My mortgage provider's insurance Matic service recommended Travelers insurance when I bought my house in April, 2022. I have excellent credit, been paying my premiums with my mortgage. But Christmas eve I had to file a claim due to my hardly used new dishwasher leaking water onto the floor and soaked the kitchen laminate floor. Due to increase in claims I had to wait about a week for a local claims adjuster to do a video conference. He was great! He gave me a check covering the flooring in the house since all were the same. Renovators recently finished the floor & cabinets. Travelers sent me a notice that they will end my insurance in April, 2023 due to this claim and a claim in a different a townhouse I had to file for broken toilet ring, by a different insurance company in 2020! I filed a complaint with OR Div of Financial Regulation but since Travelers gave me 60 days notice, there was nothing they could do. However, with a help of my mortgage's insurance service, I obtained another insurance by 3/1/23. When I had Allstate, they never dropped me because of a claim. Pros: quite affordable for both bundled home & vehicle. Cons: can't file claim or they will drop you!

Dont use this company if you ever expect to be paid for a claim that they agreed to be liable for!

Poor communication with costumer and brokers. They want me to pay $436 ( I already payed $137 + for cancellation policy they did from no where ( in the middle of the month I already paid!!! And yes they made me paid +137!!! ) with out any phone call or email asking for what they needed. Now I have to pay a difference because didnt give the documentation they required since the beginning or was incorrect when the broker sent everything. Costumer service practically said it is what it is and by the end I have to pay I should chat with the broker. While the broker tells me they filled and sent everything correctly And now im in the middle of this big mess, if I dont pay they gonna sent me to collect for a this BIG miss understanding between underwriter and broker. Never would recommend this company Im really having a bad experience since months ago and no body give me a solution.

Canceled policy without notice. (Update: After a few phone calls and time being upset, Travelers was able to come up with a solution. Which is much appreciated ) This happened when the Amber Heard trial was happening.
