Union Health Center

Almost 10 years as a patient at Union Health Center, this morning I spoke with a call center male who was arrogant, rude, dismissive, and the absolute worst reception call center person I have ever spoken to. I have been a patient of Dr. Molly Collins for these past years and would definitely rate Dr. Collins and her staff rating as 10 stars out of 10. The doctors and social workers are excellent. Something has got to change with their call center. There are call center personnel who should never have a job with people. Perhaps the male I spoke to at 10:15 a.m. needs to work at a recycling facility. Rating, - negative 10. He hung up on me. I guess he brought his issues from home through his work threshold. Totally unacceptable.

When you get there for appointments the waiting time is too much at least one hour or more is ridiculous!

I've been going to this health center for about three years now, and in all three years, I have never had one bad day here. All of the receptionists are extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. Whether calling in to make or cancel or an appointment, or simply to ask a question, you will be guaranteed to be treated with respect. In person, the place is candy to the eye. Unlike going to a hospital or sitting in a muggy doctor's office waiting to be attended, you are greeted with luxurious carpeting all across each medical floor, creative wallpapers, informative posters and flyers displayed on tables and wall boards, and t.v. screens lining the walls of the spacious waiting rooms. It is a delight in every aspect. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and understanding, and it is very easy to set up an appointment with one due to the hefty quantity of health care practitioners available at the center. As an added bonus, across the various floors of this building, you can find not just general care doctors, but Quest Diagnostics lab testing, MRI's and X-Rays available.
