I have been a State Farm customer for many years and have always been very happy with their agents. Any issues are always resolved promptly and with courtesy. Vanessa, one of the agents in my office , adjusted my policy coverages quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend State Farm to anyone looking for an honest insurance company for any of their needs.

A true 5-star experience with Rubi Banner. Highly recommend! I'm a law student and was looking for renter insurance for my new apartment in UES. Rubi made all of this possible within the span of 30-minutes. Rubi provided me with a range of policy options, found the best price for me as a student, and was extremely detailed while being concise. She worked quickly to secure my insurance plan was set in accordance my moving timeline. Above all, she was so nice! I have been a State Farm customer for a few years now. I can remember the first time I spoke to Virginia Chan when I was looking to switch insurance due to some life changing events. Right away I felt that she really listened and cared about what I was going through and also about how to go about helping me get auto insurance when most others were not willing to help. I can honestly say that I am glad that not only I was able to get insurance through State Farm at a better rate than all others but that they are always there to listen and help with any issues you might have. Virginia and her TEAM are wonderful. I highly recommend anyone looking for insurance to give this office a call, they wont regret it.
