One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. The white girl at the front had the nastiest attitude and dismissed me when I was talking to her. She had to say the nastiest things in a very rude way to me. Not sure if she was having a bad day, if shes racist, she was blonde for reference so everyone can avoid her. Very bad vibes, makes you not want to go back.

Coming from the CycleBar experience to SoulCycle was very disappointing for me. The room was laid out in such a way that I couldnt see the instructor at all, and if needed, there is no room for someone to get off the bike and leave the studio without everyone next to you also moving. Worse, the sound was not properly EQed, so I couldnt hear the instructor speaking clearly over the sound of the music. There was no monitor on the bike, so I dont really know how high or low my resistance is as we go. Finally, they charge $4 for shoe rental, on top of the already very steep price for a class. Ill stick to CycleBar, I felt this was very overhyped and a poorly designed experience :/

Will never come here again. First time here and I normally dont bike so had no knowledge of what to do. I completely busted my knee during a class. I couldnt even walk out of the place and they just full on ignored me. Apparently the most likely cause is that the adjustments werent properly fit for me causing me to overwork my knees. I had to go to the ER due to the trauma in my knees and couldnt walk for two months. Still cant exercise for a few more months. I hope in the future they get employees who actually know and care about what theyre doing or at least train them properly rather than assuming that a new client with no experience knows what theyre doing so that there arent any more people like me who experience this. I mean it wouldve been nice if they at least asked if I was fine considering I literally fell off my bike and struggled to walk out the door.
