These guys are great, very honest, humble and kind! I once was behind one of your vans at a red light and the driver got out of the truck to help a fragile looking old lady cross the street! You should've seen the smile on her face! There's a video of an employee politely telling an inconsiderate driver to move because they were blocking traffic like if they owned the road. Perhaps he raised his voice just a tad little bit, but hey, I WOULD TOO if somebody blocked my passageway for more than twenty minutes. That's right, the inconsiderate car was parked for at least twenty minutes unloading bags without a single care in the world while the employee patiently waited until enough was enough. Your employee controlled the situation very well in my opinion and should get a raise! I know this company treats its workers very well because these are some of the nicest chads I've met. Keep rocking it!!
