Hi Grade Heating & Air Conditioning

My call for service on our AC unit was handled politely and curiously. The service person arrived on time and was cautious by wearing a mask at all times. He made the repair and suggested the best and most economical steps moving forward.

This companys 10yr experience tech was horrible. Claiming my friends boiler needed a new water pressure gauge in order to get them heat. Tried charging a $250 service call (during normal hours) on top. Thats just insane. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, from the first inquiry call to the end of the service. I can tell that they care for their reputation and the technician is very passionate and proud of what he is doing. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We have been extremely pleased with Hi Grade Heating & Air Conditioning. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable and the techs are pleasant and respectful. When we first hired Hi Grade Heating & Air Conditioning they found and fixed issues with our system that others couldn't.

My wife scheduled an appointment and they said they would come that day and never showed up. Then they say that they made a scheduling mistake when she called to find out why they didnt come after she left work early to have them come when they said they would come. Then she reschedules with them on a day where I takeoff from work in the morning from my first job and they no-show again. When I called to find out whats going on they have no answers for me. This company is absolute trash.
