I called today 01/11/24 and I spoke to a woman with a caribbean accent. It has becoming completely clear to me that reaching out to any organizations that are ran by the city of NY are disgusting. They are unprofessional, rude, and don't want to do their job that tax payer like myself (a high tax payer) pays them to do. This is unbelievable. Quit your job if you don't want to do it. It's really simple.

Handpicked by the liberal mayor to fullfill his socialist agenda of making the average landlord a subsidizer of City policy.
Year in, year out, the Rent Guidelines board ignores actual numerical data & votes based on the mayor De bumio's political agenda. We expect nothing less, considering that the members are cherry-picked by this hypocrite, himself.
To add insult to injury, the mayor has been jacking up property taxes to the sky. Concurrently, where his own home is located-Park Slope-one of the most expensive areas in Brooklyn, his block has the lowest assessments in all of NYC.
