I am an administrative assistant uptown and my company uses Obsessive Cleaning for all of our cleaning needs. We absolutely adore them! As the admin assistant, I am in charge of scheduling the cleanings and the communications with the cleaning team. I've found working with Gina SO easy. She's great to work with and is very communicative! Our cleaner Erica is the best. She works hard and diligently, and is also super friendly. Obsessive cleaning does a great job and I couldn't recommend them more.

I'm staying at a friend's apartment for a few weeks & wanted it to look even better than before we'd arrived. Obsessive Cleaning got me on their schedule for the next day with a hardworking, pleasant & trustworthy employee. She asked me to take a quick look at all of the rooms when she was finished, so that everything was done to my liking.  There were some heavy rust stains on the tub that she completely fixed. I will definitely use Obsessive Cleaning again. Thank you!!

Respectfully, Andre, you obviously heard the message incorrectly! Anyone knows, that companies use both text and phone, however,  to not even attempt to understand the exact idea of what the situation was by contacting and viewing an apt. That's your first mistake.  I have a fabulous company coming, with 5 others constantly calling AND Texting me for work.Again,  it is about QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, ANDRE.Seems, like, you have forgotten what that was like. I stand by my original post.
