I want to share my experience today with you guys with this hotel basically I was talking to a person outside the hotel and a car pulled up so the doorman came by and he says excuse me I said give me one second Ill finish the conversation and Ill move so he comes up open the door of the car and purposely hits me with the door really hard so I said excuse me sir you just hit me with the door and he says I told you excuse me and you didnt move ,so I have back-and-forth argument with him that its not all right heating people you are a face of a hotel and he tells me what do you want me to do I say at least apologize so he apologizes as soon as I wanna leave he says whatever so hes apology wasnt sincere I called the hotel I get to the manager shes a Spanish lady I tell her what happened they follow up with me they say he apologized so we let it be I said do you think thats all right you guys you should suspend them for a day or two for hitting people they tell me were not gonna fire him because he worked there for so many years people bumped into each other and they say sorry all the time and I said thats not bumping into somebody thats hitting somebody so she says sr you wasting my time , fancy hotel and this is the face of the hotel,thats a disgrace Im in shock and this is outrageous I dont recommend people going to this hotel if thats how people treat you thats supposed to meet and greet Ill tell right away I dont want to go to this hotel never again.

I had a wonderful ten nighty stay here and felt every single staff member delivered such fantastic service! Especial thank you to engineer Clemente and housekeeping Donna. They made my stay so comfortable and special. I look forward to my next stay!
