Second time here, this time we were here at the time of the eclipse. We watched from the rooftop bar lounge. Bridget had special glasses for everyone to wear, and pizza! Such a nice gesture! Love this place!

The location is very good, the breakfast is cheap and good, the room is not big, but the most unacceptable thing is that the sound of opening and closing the room next door is very loud

Echoing all of the reviews that mention the thin walls and small rooms, but the big issue for me was the service. When I gave my luggage to the front desk to store until the room was ready, I had a water bottle in the water bottle pocket of my backpack and when I picked up my luggage to go to my room, the water bottle was no longer there. I didn't notice until the next morning when I went to drink water to take some medication. When I went to ask if they had seen my water bottle (nothing accusatory at all), the staff blamed me for losing the water bottle, but they knew exactly which one I was looking for. Normally, this would be irksome, but not worth a bad review. However, when I drank out of the water bottle after getting it back, somehow cleaning product had been mixed in with my water - it sounds bonkers I know, but it definitely happened. I dumped out my water bottle and the liquid inside was bright yellow and smelled like cleaning product (I think Pine Sol, but could be another cleaner). I ended up forcing myself to throw up and luckily I haven't felt any issues other than the initial burning in my throat. Anyway, I know this is probably a rare experience, but I would not trust staying somewhere where this has happened to someone.
