Stayed a week and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The lobby is currently being renovated so there can be a crowd at times but the staff was pleasant.
Walkability: Everything is close by thanks its central location

Service: poor
It took multiple attempts to get extra towels. During our three day/ four night stay they forgot to clean the room on one occasion.
Rooms and bathrooms : very small but clean and functional
King size bed had the appearance of a queen size bed but was comfortable along with the pillows
Hotel gym: size of a walk-in closet(semi comfortable for two people at most)
Restaurant (closed) and entrance: very small, under construction. Outside sitting area was nice.
Elevators: very slow for 26 floor hotel.Long wait during peak hours
Location : good
Several grocery stores, coffee shops ,subway and restaurants were within several minute walk.

I wont stay there there for more than 2-3 nights but not too bad.
The hotel is well located (10-15min walk to Flatiron/Empire State Building/Time Square)
The rooms are small and with paper walls so depending the people around, it can be pretty noisy. Furniture and carpets are a bit old but bed was comfortable.
Cleaning lady wanted to come at 5pm but as wed just got back from the day, it was a bit too late so we told her it wasnt necessary.
The lobby was under construction so it quickly crowded with people arriving / leaving.
Staff is professional, wasnt welcoming but not unpleasant, we didnt need anything more than to pick up the keys so it was fine for us.
