I enjoyed my stay here. My room was clean and cozy and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. It is in a great locaton: close to everything.

Our recent stay at Pestana Park Avenue (2/1-4/2024) in NYC was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with warmth and amazing hospitality. One of the highlights of our stay, for me, was the exceptional breakfast provided by the hotel, A1! Lol. The croissants/bagels were a standout, a perfect start to each day. What truly sets Pestana Park Avenue apart, however, is the outstanding guest services and the remarkable staff. Before our arrival, i had reached out to inform them of our special occasion -- I was proposing to my now Fianc. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. We were generously upgraded to a superior room with a breathtaking city view! Gregory, Barry, and the entire staff were instrumental in ensuring out celebration was flawless. Their communication was top notch & provided valuable suggestions to make our stay truly memorable. The personalized touches extended to preparing our room with beautiful flowers and champagne, creating the perfect ambiance for the post proposal celebration! I regret not remembring everyones name, as every staff member we encountered was amazing. We are grateful for their dedication & efforts in making our special occassion truly special. If youre planning a visit to NYC, I wholeheartedly recommend Pestana Park Avenue if youre looking for a blend of luxury, warmth, and extraordinary service! Fiance: This is was our second time visiting New York and next time we will definitely be returning to Pestana Park Avenue for our stay! It was cozy & modern, felt like home! The guest services were amazing and helpful. The room itself was small, but perfect for a couple (stayed in the superior room with a Cityview) The shower and toilet are in one room separate from the sink, which was not a problem, unless you need tons of space. The room has plenty of storage space under the bed & hangers to hang your coats or extra garments. Breakfast was amazing every morning, we enjoyed the coffee, bagels, and croissants! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. My fianc actually proposed that weekend and he had spoken to some of the staff prior to our trip. They were kind enough to upgrade our room to the a city view. Additionally, they helped out with a little surprise whenever we got back to our room after our full day out! (All of this was done without my knowing) very memorable! Thank you Pestana Park Avenue & entire staff!
