If we could give this a negative 5 star, that would be too much. First, we booked this room in June 2022. It has been impossible to contact the hotel directly. Now, less than 24 hours before check in, I receive an email stating they overbooked, 'sorry for the inconvenience we are cancelling your non-refundable reservation, but you have plenty of time to find another option1. Less than 24 hours?! We have a flight in to NYC and there are no rooms to be had for any reasonable amount during Harry Styles 'residency' at MSG. How do you do this?! We are not from NYC, flying in to stay at the hotel and go to the concert, and now less than 24 hours, with no availability in NYC I get an email cancelling the reservation we made 3 months ago!? Plus they do not return calls or answer emails. Stay clear!

Luckily, a customer entering the Hostel opened the door for us and we saw that there was no one at the reception either and the door was closed. De miracle vam arribar a 1 min per agafar el BUS . Pero dir que el servei de recepcio.ens va fer anar malament tant el dia de l'arribada com el dia de marxar que va ser a l'endem. No recomano aquest hostel tot i les bones opinions que hi ha a la app.
