Do not book this hotel if your plans may change. I had a fully refundable booking for July. They had charged me at the time of booking even though it was fully refundable. I canceled on March 20 and email said it may take up to 14 days to receive my refund. It has been 20 days and still no refund. I have contacted property and emailed them but no response. Please be careful when booking.

NO TOILET PAPER!! The bathroom was not re-stocked with toilet paper, resulting in a very undignified use of my hand to clean my back side. I tried to call down to the front desk about 10 times, using the phone in the room and my personal cell phone, but no one would answer. After about 20-30 minutes I decided my only option was to come down to the front desk, to get the toilet paper. What I found was a desk clerk capable of answering the phone, but refused to do so because she told me she was not the phone operator. I contacted Randy Pagan - GUEST SERVICES SPECIALIST at The Washington Hotel He did not reply to my email which contained the same information as above.

A lot of noticeable wear and tear throughout, bathroom handle loose, shower door handle loose etc. Rooms: Basic, fridge locked and no kettle. Beds were comfy.
