        Currently staying in the hotel. The service is non-existent if you have a problem. We do not have any hot water and texted the number they gave us at check-in. No response. I also called the number and left a message. The phone in the room does not work so I cannot call the front desk. Very disappointing. Some how this is suppose to be a 4 star hotel?

        I booked a room through Bookings.com.They automatically upgraded my room to a "mobility friendly" room with a much higher rate and they made me lose my initial reservation for a standard room. They're a scam and the hotel refuses to answer my call since my reservation is with booking. Awful service!!!
