It's a very dangerous place with very much to fear. The staff the manager and maintenance are just overwhelmed in dysfunctional obstacles and become corrupt. There is no way a hotel it's a SRO with Only HIV patients that live in emergency housing . The roaches the mice the rats the clients it's nasty and it never gets better. That's 1470 every two weeks no bathroom in your room min security and the place is old old old. Dangerous to ur respiratory system and allergies. Walkability: Across the street central park north and a lot of crack
