I never stay at the same hotel twice usually, about to come here for my fourth time! The location in great, not busy at all but walking distance to great shops, food and bars. Always clean and well kept, and the smell is comforting too

Heavy rain and high winds eliminated my desire to eat at my favorite restaurants during to a recent stay in New York City. Instead I purchased early morning meals of yogurt and granola from the hotels store and ate my dinners in its restaurant.
The rooms are small but comfortable and full of amenities, including an umbrella. They are also very reasonably priced and the friendly staff at the front desk helped with a taxi and boarding passes.

(+) Location is walking distance from restaurants, shops, bars and metro
(+) Vibe/energy is approachable yet cool and hip
(+) Rooms are small but cozy and warm
(+) Service is accommodating, kind and caring; shoutout to Alejandro for his wonderful service
(+) Amenities include great social and working spaces, quaint restaurant and chill rooftop bar

Rooms are TINY! I would say its just about fit for a solo traveller. We were shocked by the size of the king room. A bit disappointed too.
Rooms: Tiny
Food & drinks: Bar was over priced. Should be half price for drinks for people staying at the hotel

Great hotel, very well located, excellent welcome, available and friendly staff.
Nearby activities: Very well located for visiting Manhattan.
