    Room wasnt ready when we arrived so we had to wait in the lobby which was a tough first impression, given it was 6 oclock and check-in starts at 3. The elevators also could not keep up so wed wait in line to get one only for it to stop every couple floors. The room was fine, maybe not typical Hilton level from my experience but fine for the price.

    Our night's stay here was pleasant and it's near theaters and nice restaurants. The elevators seem to always have a line.

    We stayed 5 nights and despite some bad references I had read, everything in the hotel worked correctly and the room was just like what we had booked. The elevators worked correctly, our room was right in front of the elevators and there was no noise while they were working. Not as much noise from the street either, the windows insulated very well even though we were on a 4th floor facing the street. Regarding service, unfortunately I cannot leave a better rating due to an employee named KEVIN, who turned out to be very rude to us. Haughty and arrogant, he attended us without enthusiasm, annoyed at having to do his job. Bad attitude with customers. You could see even in the way he walked that he didn't feel like doing things, all reluctantly. His bad attitude overshadows the rest of the employees who treated us very well. It is still not clear to me if they charge for receiving packages while you are staying, I hope that is not really the case, it would seem like theft to me and would lower the rating of this hotel too much. Kevin tried to charge us 10 dollars for each package. Finally we picked them up at another time and they didn't charge us. I hope they can improve the situation with this employee. On the other hand, the deposit of 100dls per day seems excessive to me.

Regarding service, unfortunately I cannot leave a better rating due to an employee named KEVIN, who turned out to be very rude to us.
