Dr Chang is not a top-tier doctor. I've seen him 4 times and each time I say to myself, "I'll never go back to him." Today is that day. Never again. Do not waste your time or hasten any health issues you may have. Find yourself a real pro.

At this location it is perfectly acceptable for doctors to not keep their appointment times but lord forbid you are five minutes late, slapped with a $75 fine, no appointment, and offered to reschedule 4 months after the fact.

My son goes to Weill Cornell to see his pediatrician. Everything so far has been great. When we need care we are able to get care, usually the same day. We've seen a few different doctors (sometimes we aren't able to see his PCP) and everyone is very knowledge, cordial and kind. The nurses are all great and attempt to calm my son down who get a a bit nervous as he's only 2.5 (he started seeing his doctor at 18 months when we moved to NYC). At times during afternoon visits when they're busier the wait time can be a little long but that's fine. We are patient and things work out.

The frontdesk & doctor were nice, but interactions with the nurse were quite unpleasant.

Gentleman at front desk and doctor Cohen had truly gone above and beyond yesterday. Thank you wont even begin to describe my gratitude. The front desk gentleman on 3rd floor was very kind and doctor Cohen was, as he always is, a kind human. I hope no one would ever need a doctor but if anyone does, I hope theyre as lucky as I am to have this one gem of a human as their doctor. Thank you.
