Great team, helped me heal quickly. sometimes a long wait but my appointments were always later in the day so inevitably there was some backlog

I have never been through this so scary to say the least. The staff were all very courteous, caring, and on point. I wish to thank all of them. GOD BLESS them all

I had the worst experience here. First the doctor, Chang to be specific spent just a few minutes or less and therefore thought the burn was less serious. Advised a multi day dressing when a serious burn like that should’ve changed and observed more often. One surgeon said we treat all our patients based on their individual needs. Lies how can you when you spend a few minutes spouting random advice because it looks like a 100 others patients? When they finally looked at the dressing the wounds had worsened. I spent way longer there than I should have. In addition I experienced being stuck in a room with an extremely loud 114 DB refrigerator. I wasn’t offered anything to eat until the 2nd day and even then it was moldy bread. After a feeding tube was introduced I wasn’t given an option as to what would go into it. I read the ingredients and saw water, corn syrup and canola oil and was disgusted. I in my sleep deprived state managed to find alternatives, the “nutritionist†Felicia I believe kept on sayingâ€I don’t know about this†then “I don’t know if it has enough nutrients†I was absolutely flabbergasted a nutritionist whom cannot read a nutritional label? This is why people no longer respect doctors as a whole yes there are some good INDIVIDUALS but as a whole it’s all about money and prestige! I can go on and on but in the end, wounds are healing and twice the rate at home when they showed little to no improvement there. They kept saying “this is the best team†sounds like they’re trying to convince themselves. I for one did not see or experience that. Maybe it’s because I’m black!
