        I used to live in Riverdale, & I had been to NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital Emergency Department for the seizures I get. They were real nice, & obviously helpful on the count that it was an Emergency Room I was in. The Dr.'s new what they were doing so Thank you for being there.

        Do not come here if you need emergency help. After days of severe kidney pain and tons of OTC pain killers I came to the ER. My general practitioner suggested this would be in my best interest cause only a CTscan can accurately spot the kidney stones. In 5 hours all they did was to take my vitals. 5 hours... Truly outrageous. Guess I should have called an ambulance to march in victoriously instead of coming as a walk-in... Biiiiiig mistake.

        This place is horrible my nephew was admitted in there with Covid and he is disable, no one came to check on him he had to use the bathroom no one came the nurse said they would bring him a portable toilet still waiting. I am trying call to reach someone to report it no one is answering the phone. They need close this emergency room down.
