        Eight days after a deconditioning hospitalization, no call or appointment for physical therapy despite multiple promises. Never the same nurse. Takes more than 15 minutes to get through on the phone. Frustrating and negligent, low standard of care. Avoid if you can!

        I was approved a week ago for a home aide for a few visits after surgery. The PT has come and is fantastic, however no home aide for help with bathing. Now I am told MWF but its already M night. So I wait another 48 hours and hope for help safely navigating my shower? And the same answers here to all reviews. Nothing seems to ever be resolved. Awful.
