House Calls Home Care

My name is Ramon Sanchez-Tiben, I have been with House Call Home Care Agency for approximately two years and currently looking to move this agency has few home caregivers. When you try to make a call to one of the coordinators they never answer the phone you leave a message and they never return the message some of the age or inexperience and not HHA qualified. I know this because one of the aids that I have now in pursuit of a transferring to a new agency. The new agency found that this current day is been working with an illegal Social Security number therefore has no HHA certificate. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. My aids have had problems with their paychecks. I was shorted. Clocking in properly and then the agency telling them that they need a timesheet. In order to get paid. I receive 15 hours of service every seven days a week for the last four months I havent had service in the morning. MyCoordinator, whose name is Abel, never return the phone call you cant leave a message is mailboxes usually full. If you leave a message through the operator, you never return the phone call you can never find this guy he should be terminated immediately!
