Front desk was SO rude..
I’m trying to get help. I’ve already been diagnosed by a dermatologist that I had a very painful experience with. I do not want to continue being cut up over and over again when I have legitimate diagnosis from a doctor that uses this company for labs........
First she makes me feel like I can not afford to come. I’m choosing not to use my insurance. So I’m aware lease days it will cost me a great deal. She made me reply 6 times over and over again. That I could afford this 300-500 rate.
I called to get my records transferred so I could possibly have a better experience. Sadly I won’t get that chance. Because front desk tells me NO. Doctors will decide if they need records.
I feel so hurt and really saddened by this. All I want is to get healthier. Be healthy. Live longer.
I was wiling to travel over hundreds of miles to get some help like I assume was so special.
I was wrong.
