        The Arsenal, 3rd oldest structure in Central Park built in 1847-1851 was used to store arms. Follow by Block House No.1 in the North Woods (1814.) And the oldest being Cleopatras Needle (1475 BC) erected in Central Park in 1881 from Alexandria, behind the MET. The Arsenal is still in used today as an administrative building for Central Park and its Zoo. E 64th Street and 5th Avenue. In the lobby of this building (lobby is open to the public) are beautiful murals from the 1930s.
