I do not like to negative reviews but this time I actually feel obligated to do so. I do not want anyone to go through the same experience I had with James Robbins. I was desperately trying to find someone to help my mother apply for medicaid and he basically took our money and lied about submitting the application and at one point even told me it was approved but could provide no evidence. When i finally decided to call the social service office they told me no application had been submitted so i demanded a refund. After MONTHS of requesting a refund he finally did send me a refund check but to be honest he owes us a lot more for the time wasted and out of pocket expenses incurred. Do your research and google him before you decide on using his "service." I have saved all of our emails and texts to prove this review is true.

James Robbins was a god sent to me and my family. His knowledge of elder care laws is exceptional. We used Jim for both my Mom and Dad. Without question, attorney James Robbins, brought our family stability. An elder became ill and we needed help with 24 hour care. Thankfully we engaged James Robbins. Robbins was swift, thorough and handled everything. We all think we are safe until something happens without warning. Ours could have been a disaster had we not had Robbins. And now, we as family, think Robbins is like family.
