Love Sweetgreen, but this location is so hit-or-miss. I do online order/in-store pickup and there's nothing worse than venturing out in the cold for a $10+ salad just to open up a half empty bowl when I get home.

Amazing salads! Go for the Buffalo chicken salad or the green goddess salad. So good, healthy and filling.

Had a HORRIBLE experience here today. Im a vegetarian. I ordered a salad that had no meat. They handed me the wrong salad at checkout, which meant that the first bite of the salad I had was MEAT. Then, I go back and they hand me the salad someone else had picked up without offering to remake the salad for me. Right now, during the time of COVID, this is unacceptable considering the other person clearly opened the salad, saw it was wrong and then returned it. On top of that, when they did eventually remake my salad, they excluded three items that are standard to that salad and I have to correct them AGAIN. It was a horrible experience. They didnt offer me anything for my time wasted returning to sweet green with the wrong salad. The service was awful.
