i participated recently in a 10-Day Cleanse Program that Deborah created, and I would sign up again without hesitation. As always, Deborah was warm and supportive, and she provided clear and helpful materials before and throughout the program. Deborah made herself readily available for questions, and she hosted a daily Zoom gathering for interested participants. I highly recommend this program with Deborah as your knowledgeable and caring guide.

I just finished a 10 day cleanse with Deborah and a wonderful group of women. It was well planned and easy to follow and not nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. I enjoyed having our daily zoom meetings and hearing and sharing our thoughts, feelings as we journeyed through with this cleanse. Deborah was well planned and organized. The handouts were very helpful and included virtually all that we needed to know to successfully complete the cleanse. One of the things that stood out to me was the gentle way Deborah met each of us right where we were in regard to food without making any of us feel uncomfortable. There are definitely certain aspects of this cleanse that I am going to continue with as I make changes in my diet and lifestyle. Highly recommend this if you are looking to "kick start" your well being and healthy lifestyle.
