Experience was sketchy. A lot of red flags from overly aggressive reminders, the video recording of the session, aggressive interrogation-style consultation, boiler-room sales tactics, and the blazers everyone was wearing. Its not a healthcare service and they did not hire staff who understands the healthcare profession.

I give this a 0. They are racist. If you dont speak English they will be so rude to you. To begin with, my cousin does not know how to speak English but I speak English so I could easily translate for her but he said are you sure you dont want to go to a place where they speak Spanish this is going to be a long appointment and his voice was super discriminatory. My cousin came from Ecuador and she could not continue with her process so she came to check her options and see if it would be possible to fix her teeth. He said I dont think anyone would take off her braces and give her a treatment to which I said she was checking options and there were places where they would provide her with a package to do so. He laughed and said why did you come here then to which I replied she is looking for options. He was super mean and rude. We just left and said we did not want to continue. He started recording us. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE.

As of right now, I am very pleased with the service I have received. I suggest going in to get the 3D scan. I originally opted for the molds, upon receiving my first set of aligners they did not fit. I was able to speak with multiple representatives that assisted in me going to get refitted. I have started my first weeks treatment. I will update when complete.

The absolute worst customer service I ever received. When you go in for a scan, everyone looks miserable. The live chat is full of slow idiots that can't answer simple questions. I ordered my retainers 3 months ago, they charged me and I still haven't gotten them. The rep tells me I need to be refitted. Why wouldn't they tell you that when you purchase and hold your money hostage for 3 months.

Awful experience. They are non responsive after youre dissatisfied with the result. If you pay for an actual orthodontist it would never be the case. The cost is about the same. Dont be deceive by this business model. They just want to minimize all costs. They are a listed company.
