They simply do not make em' like this anymore AND especially the owner Neil's wisedom, honesty, kindness and vast knowledge.So ethical and helpful I wanted to clone Neil. I will never go to a big box store again knowing that this gem of a resource is right in my own backyard. We need to shop local.

Very nice and helpful. Went to buy a replacement screw and they got their hands dirty and helped me fix my scooters pin, at least temporarily until the replacement part came in.

0 stars if possible. Rude, unprofessional and comically stupid. Bought 2 door sweeps earlier today and they didn't match. Returned to store to exchange one to match either of the previously purchased sweeps. Bought a new sweep and walked out, walked in again in less than 1 minute because it was similar but not exact match to either. 3 employees accused me of stealing the second one when I just walked out in front of them AFTER paying. Harassed me for almost 20 minutes since the one braincell they shared made them forget how to use their camera system to prove what I was telling them. I asked them to check their cameras multiple times, they couldn't figure how to operate the camera system while still arguing and accusing me of theft. Will NOT be returning there.
