Just moved to NYC and randomly took an appointment for my highlights at Broome Street Society. Can only recommend. Great result, exactly what I wanted. Thank you Annabel ! Atmosphere is peaceful and quiet (was there on a Sunday though).

Update: the business reached out to me and the owner was so kind and fixed my hair! Appreciated the time and care Josie took to see me. Loved my hair! I usually had such a great experience here when I get cuts with Justin (who has now left) but I was in a rush and went with a new person, Lindsey. Wash and cut went great and didnt realize how uneven my hair was cut until i got home and checked my hair in the mirror and saw a huge long chunk of hair. left in the front. I contacted Broome and they offered a free revision. I was already upset about the uneven hair cut and when I saw Lindsey for the revision she proceeded to blame me that my legs were potentially crossed when that was never the case. I went to another hair salon after my revision appointment and the stylist was shocked at how uneven my hair was cut even after the revision! Unfortunately my experience with another stylist was a nightmare for me.

Olga hooked me up for a walk in blow out. I have a lot of very coiled hair with fine strands. Olga made me feel like I was in very capable hands from the start, even though I came in unexpectedly. She was very intentional and positive when talking about my hair type. She skillfully coached her assistant through my blow out, I left with exactly what I wanted. So excited to have a nice place that can take care of me close by.
