Unprofessional !!! Stay away. I had to come back since Elisa did the wrong color the first time after sitting for 3 hours and paying $340! I obviously didn't look like blond and I said right away: This is not the color I asked for! Elisa said via instagram that I can come back first 6 blond stripes. if it's more I will have to pay extra when I came back to the salon the 2nd time so they can fix it, I found out that appointment was canceled due to colorist sickness (really?!) No one bothered to call me. The owner could simply apologize and say: Sorry you had to travel all the way here, we will reschedule it. Instead, the owner attacked me verbally by saying: you came with orange hair. we fixed it ( basically what else do you want ?!) who treats clients like that ? especially the new one?! you were rude and disrespectful Timothy. You showed to everyone who you truly are. I hope you find peace and happiness in your life. the pictures below: The first is on the day of the service . second: 21 days after! do I look blond to you ?!
