I love Brace Life Studios. The training team are all very attentive to my needs and help me to push my physical limits. I am new to the journey and have a long way to go.
They are knowledgeable and help mix my strength training routine up from session to session. I am in good hands with them.
The studio space and equipment are top notch! Cant say enough good things about it.

Being a prior D1 athlete, this gym is perfect for athletes looking for that push and all around work out. Being 35 and to many gyms and trainers, this gym takes the cake. Ive been here 5 years and love my trainer Salim. However, all the trainers are amazing and educated. What I love most is that every work out is tailored towards me and my wants and needs, I never see someone doing the same training session as me. I recommend the personal training 100%. They incorporate stretching and give you beet/ginger drinks post work out. The vibe here is contagious.
