They treat me really bad on this location. They want to charge me crazy money for a day pass when I told me I just wanted to see the gym.

Its always a pleasure to visit this location. Beautiful facility with a warm and welcoming staff. A responsive management team that pays a great deal of attention to the facilities care and is quite attentive to its clients.

Hope this facility can take some constructive criticism. I expressed concerns to team but nothing has been done. Negatives: 1. The free weight rack. Its a huge ball of anxiety. Come on guys, just label the damn thing so each weight has a home. Its a MESS. 2. Champagne lounge? Is that going to be necessary? Turn that area into a boxing room/smaller yoga room. Its a waste of space, no one sits there. Who drinks champagne at the gym? You guys are already lacking space as it is as its a smaller gym. You need to utilize all the space that you have. 3. Stay open later on weekends. People actually live in midtown and would love to use the gym all weekend. Gym and Spa area closes way too early on weekends. 4. Can you guys find a way to squeeze another cable column in there? Its probably the most used equipment and you have to stalk the thing just to get in. 5. Mens locker room: I get the idea of a tv is cool, but the individual seating? We need benches and seating so we can actually change to do what we came to there to do, work out, not veg out and watch tv. Other parts of the locker room are completely lacking seating as well. Do you guys even check the lockers at the end of the night to ensure people arent just keeping there stuff there for future use? The gym will be empty yet Im searching for an unlocked locker, makes no sense. Positives: 1. Brand new facility. Extremely clean and well kept (minus the free weights). The daily evening locker room guy is especially a pleasure. 2. Spa area is perfect, although I think the cold plunge tanks are way more popular than you thought they would be. Wish it was a cold plunge pool instead so more people could use at the same time, but otherwise its awesome. 3. Gym has a nice vibe, staff is very friendly. 4. Equipment is all very nice and new, hopefully it stays this way. 5. Love that free weights go up to, I believe 150lbs 6. Like that the gym isnt super cardio heavy, thats my personal opinion though, so many gyms are saturated with cardio and not enough weight area/machines. This is the opposite and I appreciate that.

Terrible customer service. One of the employees gave me misinformation when I tried to cancel my membership. They put my membership on freeze for the 30 day notice period, and later proceeded to charge me for both the freeze fee plus the regular monthly charge for that period plus the cancellation fee. Apparently a membership is not allowed to be on freeze during this 30 day period at all (no one mentioned this when I went to cancel). Overall - was charged both a freeze fee plus the regular monthly charge and was not even allowed to use the gym during this period. Spoke to the general manager - she understood the fact that one of her employees messed up but refused to resolve the matter in any appropriate way or refund me properly. Will be filing a fraudulent charges report. Would strongly suggest choosing a different gym to avoid getting scammed.
