Worst service ever. If you know you missed me because you didnt know which staff member had my table just apologize and say hey sorry for the wait Dont mf eye me like you know I was waiting there for 20 mf minutes. Its not a big deal to say sorry but chances are tall homie was just hoping Id leave so he wouldnt have to serve me or apologize. Its just respect i wasnt even mad Until I saw the servers look at me figuring out who should wait on me but instead they just waited on everyone else who came in but me lol Weak whack staff. Just go to shake shack instead. The machines work better than the staff at palms or just sit at the bar where they seem like they actually take care of customers

Is it wildly expensive? Yes, but if you're stuck at the airport for 2+ hours then this is a good place to temporarily call home, for some relaxing or getting work done on the laptop

Great seat down restaurant at JFK, I would say the best! Specially for a Friday night. Great steak, great wine, service was very attentive from the server girl and from the manager. Prices are a bit higher but its THE PALM.
