My apartment is beautiful and I have Rubi (project manager) and Monica (designer) from Hello Chapter to thank for it. My recently purchased apartment with outdated fixtures has been transformed into a real modern beauty and I absolutely love it. This was my first time renovating anything and dealing with the whole alteration package/board approval process in a very strict building seemed extremely daunting. The Chapter team handled everything, communications with my building, required paperwork, permits, walkthroughs, answering follow-up questions, quickly adjusting requested features, you name itThey really navigated the whole challenging building approval process seamlessly. While that was going on, Monica was quickly able to determine my design style and expertly guided me through the materials selection process with great suggestions and recommendations throughout. Once the renovations began, we encountered a few weird structural challenges and Rubi & Monica were always able to quickly come up with viable alternative solutions that were aesthetically pleasing. With their professionalism, obvious experience and expertise, they were able to keep the project on track no matter what came up. There were a couple of change orders due to changes from my building or from me, but otherwise there were no cost overages and the project was completed on time - within the estimated timeframe they had communicated. And, did I mention, it is gorgeous - very well done - exactly what I envisioned and even beyond - I could not have imagined a better outcome. I highly recommend Rubi, Monica and the Chapter team for your renovations needs. They were wonderful to work with. Chapter delivered above expectations. The design is exactly what we wanted and the process went smooth as promised. Our project manager managed the entire coop board approval which was great. Thank you Chapter, will definitely use them again in the future!

Chapter was a great partner for my challenging renovation job! (My unit has very sensitive neighbors.) Chapter were attentive to detail and ready to deal with changes as they cane along. Rubi, our project manager, went above and beyond! Cant recommend them more highly.
