I am well pleased with the progress of my renovation. My project involves combining two apartments in an historic cooperative apartment building in Manhattan - which is not an easy assignment! Carlos and his construction crew and subcontractors have conducted themselves proficiently and professionally. Of course everyone was concerned about noise, dust and demolition debris but the staff of the coop tells me that the construction has gone smoothly. With his years of experience in high end construction, Carlos has been a continuing source of good ideas and resources which will make the finished apartment even more beautiful than I had planned.
