Impro Solutions were hired to clean and disinfect my house: 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen (including cabinets), and bathroom. The cleaners arrived on time and were wearing disposable coveralls, masks and gloves which made my heart feel at ease, especially during this time!! Impro Solutions were very professional, meticulous and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was in the market looking for a reliable, skillful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable contractor to remodel my kitchen and living room areas and through inquiry, a friend referred me to Impro, whom she said renovated her moms entire 2-family house and was very impressed with the work. Although recommended, I was still weighing my options... Long story short, I went ahead and hired them to do the work and was so glad that I did. They were honest and straightforward from the very start, but most of all, they were patient as we were indecisive on finalizing a couple of things, to which they made a breeze. I'll just cut to the chase and say, they exceeded my expectations, and then some. Everything now looks so beautifully modernized, uniform, functional, and inviting... Since then, we've made preparations for the team to return to give the other areas of my home a well-needed facelift, as it now looks really dated along with the current updates we've already done in the kitchen/ living room areas. I also hired them to do the post-construction cleanup after the work was completed and the team made sure my place was turn-key ready. We are extremely satisfied and will be recommending their services to our family and friends... Can't wait to begin with the upcoming projects in September!!!
