I have known Chris and Viktoria from Viktoria Stass Fur shop for over 15 years already and I would not go to anybody else with any requests or problems when it comes to furs or leather. I was referred to them by a friend, and initially had my shearling coat made by them, which I have had for 15 years already, and it is still in perfect condition, though I do wear it quite a lot in winter when I travel. Then they made a very nice coat for my daughter from my old fur coat. I always bring these coats to them for storage, as well as my mink coat and our fur hats. Viktoria and Chris take such good care of all the items! They would check everything and do impeccable repairs, if needed (even when I had not noticed a problem), both with furs and shearling When I get my coats for the winter season from them, they look almost like new! And, besides their high professionalism, on a personal note, I cannot but commend their great human qualities! They are eager to please their customers, do everything they can to accommodate their customers needs: be it patiently waiting at work for a very late arrival of a customer on a Saturday evening (me), or making a shearling coat within 2-3 days (me again - I was traveling and had a last minute idea of a great present for my sister-in-law on her B-Day). All this, I presume, is the reason why Chris and Viktoria have a lot of loyal and grateful customers, me and my friends including. Thank you, Chris and Viktoria!!!

This place is fabulous. I had a shearling coat that I loved but the big shoulders, wide sleeves and length made it look out-of-date and unbecoming. I was nervous about taking it anywhere, but Viktoria and Chris did an amazing job; it is perfect! And nice people too.
