I dont normally leave reviews unless Im unhappy with service BUT Im sitting here thinking about last week and I am feeling grateful.. Where do I start? Ok, Stephanie! You are amazing! From day 1 you went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers. Your kindness is genuine and it shows. My brother in law looked great at his funeral your team did an amazing job. There was a misunderstanding with funeral cards but we were compensated and taken care of with a complimentary urn ( of our choosing) thank you! I want to say thank you for being on the phone with me and listening to me and for being so patient and helping guide me through this whole process. My first time really ever having to be apart of making arrangements for a loved one but you made sure it was a smooth process. My husband and I couldnt be more grateful. The great sadness and pain that comes with losing a loved one is hard but you made it seem easy. An extra stress that you took away from us.( the arrangements part) Again, thank you so much for your great customer service and assistance as we grieve the loss of my brother in law. Oh & thank you for taking alll of my calls even while you were out of the office. How patient you have been with me even with my 100 questions. My husband and I will be forever grateful.

This place did a great job at my daughter's funeral they made her look beautiful. I had so many issues and they helped me al the way through. Thank you Stephine and Maria for all your help and smooth transition.

the people that work here are completely bogus! I have been calling for two days about my dad's wife funeral service. I spoke to the same lady since 9am today and all she keeps saying is call back, call back at this time. call back at that time. we don't have any information as of yet. but the services were already paid for. I keep calling and calling and now they not even picking up the phone when the lady that I spoke to said that she transferred all the calls to her personal number. so why not pick up the phone and speak to us. we have questions. this is a stressful time for my dad and these people don't care. these people are horrible business owners. you don't treat customers/clients the way they are doing now. unprofessional. I would tell anyone to go anywhere else.
