Thank you, Boe Fook. Many of us are not familiar with the traditions, but the staff guided us and made it easy for us. We made a few changes during the two days we were there and they were able to accommodate it very well. Overall, we thank the staff for the seamless service.

The service they offered was great. When my dad passed I had to call multiple times to ask about procedure and death certificate. They also catered to my requests as our family didn't want to have any service but would still like to have a coffin and say good bye to our loved one with family briefly before cremating. Also another plus is there is plenty of parking space around this funeral home vs the other ones in middle of chinatown

This is a very difficult time for my family and me. I also rarely write reviews but this time is an exception since Boe Fook (Winnie & team) really did a remarkable and memorable service for our deceased loved one. To start out, the place is cleaned and organized. Place is well lit and spacious. Winnie also was very patient and worked with us step by step. To top it off, she did not try to persuade us to get the most expensive stuff rather only the necessities and she was happy to work within our budget. Overall the services were well planned out and they even have a website for program guides/eulogy. It gives my family and I great comfort to know that we find the best/top of the line funeral home for our deceased loved one. Once again, thank you Winnie , thank you Boe Fook.
