Nice flowers, but the staff not so friendly. No cash payment and must pay by card, not sure why. I paid three times before by cash, no issue, but this girl yesterday I had the exact cash in my pocket, and the girl said card is easier for me.. I needed to hurry so had to take my card out.

Awesome friendly customer service. Beautiful unique floral arrangements that actually last. I've been extremely happy with every purchase n so have the women I've purchased the arrangements for.

Neighborhood gem, family run business, outstanding experience everytime. I live in Tribeca and this is my florist of choice, have gone to multiple times. 1. Fresh fresh flowers, high quality. 2. Unique and creative arrangements, literally no cookie cutter going on here. 3. Friendly and accommodating (example: I was running on a tight schedule, called ahead, spoke to owner, asked what seasonal flowers she had (peonies, etc.) and after deciding on some special stems my wife likes, she created the rest of the arrangement for my wife and daughter to general color scheme I wanted, I paid for over the phone and was able to run in and out to meet my schedule. And she and her staff are on point everytime. I know this because my wife loves every arrangement I bring her from Figue!)
