Overjoyed with another beautiful arrangement created by Michael George Flowers. We were pleased to have an exquisite selection of Calla Lilies for our bridal trunk show in New York. Our brides in attendance were in awe of how elegantly the flowers filled the room, and the arrangement easily became a main conversation point. Michael George created an exquisite, statement arrangement of calla lillies for our exclusive trunkshow, befitting of the grand location in which we were presenting our collection. Brides and stylists alike commented on the exceptional arrangement and we were thrilled with how the Michael George creative team designed flowers that complemented the fresh modernity of Emilia Wickstead. Spent several minutes speaking to the admin assistant and then the floral stylist about our preferences in flowers (ranunculus, anemones, hellebores, peonies, etc) and colors (jewel tones, greens, white, green) and style (elegant but a little wild). They ignored everything we said and sent an overly-groomed symmetrical ball of pure white roses. It was so bizarre. And not at all what we discussed or wanted. Then they got the delivery address wrong, calling us to say delivery wasnt possible due to construction at the building (there was no construction going on at or near the delivery address). We expected far more from this florist. Especially for what we paid. Quite a disappointment. Wont be calling them again.

Michael (owners son) might be the most unpolite and childish at the establishment. Attitude problem with an unpredictable personality that will most likely turn you off from even doing business with the young gentleman. I FEEL BAD IF YOU HAVE TO CROSS PATHS WITH HIM BEWARE!
