Danielas Flower Shop II

I don't often take time to provide a review, but know how useful it can be at times. I wanted to order flowers for my cousin's birthday who lives in Washington Heights. I live in Canada and wanted to use a local florist but feared poor service or poor quality of flowers. Danielas Flower Shop II delivered the most beautiful, fresh and vibrant colored arrangement to my cousin; in time and just perfect! I placed the order while I was travelling and there was an issue with the transaction. Denise patiently waited until my return to complete the transaction although the order was already delivered. My cousin loved them!!! Product quality, excellent costumer service and a reliable vendor! I recommend this florist 100%

Reasonably priced but the quality exceeded expectations. Placed an order close to midnight and it was delivered the next day before noon. Thanks!

Worse experience ever. Lady that seems to be the boss is very rude bad attitude, not helpful. They are extremely overpriced. On Valentines Day I went in to purchase flowers with one person in front of me as she was assisting another customer, I waited patiently when she was done with that customer, by this time a few customers had entered the store. When she was done she looked at me and saidyou need to get to the back of the line. I explained I was second in line and she objected stating . I saw when you came in and youre not second, Im not helping you because the other customers were here first. The other customers turned to her and said no he was here before us . She then passed me on to a worker that could not speak English and put together the worse arrangement ever. I even asked if she could put a ribbon around a cookie box i purchased from a bakery and she said no its against store policy A young man worked in the store was willing to assist me with the ribbon but she objected strongly and watched me the entire time. Needless to say, friends and family members stop going to that flower shop just because of bad service and terrible attitude. I would never ever go back there again.

They were able to put a beautiful flower arrangement together for me in just a couple hours. It was fantastic. Reasonably priced. Great service.
