If I can give this company, no stars I would but because I need to write a review I had to put the one star. We ordered flowers three days in advance to be delivered and they canceled our order two hours before delivery date. They send an email instead of calling, and explaining what happened and I think that is so disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Shame on you!!!

You sent me delivery confirmation a week and two days after the funeral. Unacceptable, I called the day of no answer and no one called me back.

Flowers put in container that was too small. I ordered a balloon to go with the flowers which was not delivered. I tried to support a local business I was sadly disappointed. I can not recommend you to any other person until you get your act together.

Ordering was easy. The plant was delivered in a timely manner and the recipient was very pleased! The next time I order I'll do it by phone so my expectation of what will be delivered lines up with what actually gets delivered. I will definitely us the Harlem Florist Loft again; I'll just be more specific!
